Can Smart Rental handle more than trailers?
Yes. You can manage both equipment and bookable spaces – including bikes, machinery, cabins, camping pitches and courts.
Can staff have their own logins?
Yes. Individual logins and different permissions make it clear who has done what.
Can customers book on our website?
Yes. Enable online booking in your store settings, then link to your store’s booking page or embed it on your website. Customers choose a rental period and an available item, enter their details and confirm through an email link. The booking then appears alongside your store’s other bookings.
How do we get started?
Create your store's account and your first administrator account. Then register a payment card and billing details with Stripe to activate your 30 free days. You can then add rental items, prices and staff.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
New stores get 30 days free when they activate their subscription with Stripe. A payment card is required, but there is no initial charge. The subscription then renews automatically at 499 SEK per month excluding VAT per store. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
How do we cancel the subscription?
Manage or cancel your subscription through the payment settings in Smart Rental. If you cancel during the trial, your subscription ends when the trial finishes and will not renew.

Customers choose a rental period and an available item, then confirm their booking through an email link. Online bookings appear in the same overview as bookings made by your staff.
